In a recent new build project, we provided comprehensive passive fire protection for a series of hybrid office/workshop units. Our work included the meticulous installation of fire batt and mastic seals to ensure effective fire compartmentation, alongside the application of intumescent spray to structural steelwork, providing crucial fire resistance. This project, undertaken from the ground up, required close collaboration with the main contractor to ensure seamless integration of our fire safety solutions within the building’s design. Our commitment to precision and adherence to building regulations resulted in a robust and reliable fire safety system, safeguarding both occupants and assets in this modern, mixed-use development.
